Considered one of the best restaurants in South Florida, Oceano is a laid-back coastal American restaurant nestled in Lake Worth Beach, FL. Our vibrant dishes are thoughtfully sourced and beautifully presented. Helmed by Chefs Jeremy and Cindy Bearman, we are known for our meticulous attention to detail, commitment to local ingredients, and welcoming, friendly service.

Our Story

Jeremy and Cindy Bearman have been working in well respected kitchens for more than 20 years, predominantly in NY, San Francisco and Las Vegas. Oceano was their first restaurant together as husband and wife running both the kitchen and dining room. The two have spent time working under top chefs including Daniel Boulud, Joel Robuchon, Jean Georges, Alex Stratta, and Alfred Portale.  Most recently, Jeremy was the Executive Chef for the Michelin starred Rouge Tomate in NYC while Cindy was the Pastry Chef for ABC kitchen which garnered best new restaurant by the James Beard Foundation. In 2023, in recognition of Oceano’s commitment to quality, the duo earned a James Beard nomination as semifinalist for “Best Chef - South” The two reside in Delray Beach, Florida. This commitment to quality has earned Oceano a dedicated following of fans, who have stayed with the brand as it relocated to a larger space in early 2024.

  • Our oven came special-order from Italy. It was selected due to its capacity for high-heat cooking, far above a traditional oven. This thing gets hot, up to 900 degrees!
